No doubt. I love this show. So many foot tips and recipies. When I cook something, I always look for a Good Eats version of the recipie. Unfortunately, there will no longer be any new episodes. However, I am nowhere near done with all the "old" ones. :D

I think (or hope) everyone can agree that Alton Brown is one of, if not the best cooking shows on television. Food + education + entertainment makes for some good television, and especially good eats :)

This has given me a good idea how to clean my freezer; wait until another freezing day, and then sort the food outside, discarding what is unsalvageble.

I'm surprised the fridge lady wasn't in this ep at all...
I can't say that I'm happy with the puppet enzyme metaphor -- it gives the impression that enzymes are organisms rather than simply proteins which react with different atoms.
