Maria Cross, Shinjuku street performer circa 2007

I first came across this young fella about 2 years ago. Not much has changed. I filmed him the first time I saw him, and have put that old video up here at Youtube too. It was great to see him performing again, just last week (Dec 30 2006) - and great to see he's got his little disciples. A cop came and shot(oops, SHUT) him down just after I finished filming, but it was all very jovial and sweet - they clearly had had a lot of dealings with each other. www.frangipani.info/blog
