wow! i just came across this video. i haven't seen it since 1984ish when it was shot. i play the baker who is icing the "acme boilerworks" cake at 1:59 and then i upset the table as a drunk woman bites my leg at 2:53. the sax playing is great but boy the video stinks. it was a lot of fun to do but it was a no-dollar budget.
does anyone recognize character actor allan rich, aging sex symbol mamie van doren and/or shado stevens who rose to fame as fred rated in low budget tv ads for federated.
Having known Red Prysock's original version from 1955 I am just amazed at the juice and the ACCURACY of this horn player's rendition. Damn that's incredible! More! More! YouTubers, do a search for Hand Clappin to hear the orginal by Red and see what I mean. Thanks!

A bit pixellated, but is that a young Jeff Foxworthy at one of the tables in the opening? Great playing, spot on with the original and such fire!!

The only thing I liked in this slapstick style video was the sax player (Joel C. Peskin) - he is an exceptional player (imo). . . .
