Hey butthead, you disabled the Sirota vs Stossel video comments. How's California doing with unemployment? 12.5%? And the country, 9.5%?
'splain that you dumbass economist!?!?!?
BTW, I know Say's law better than you, you prick.

So the state would raise other taxes to counter? Sounds like the people would loose about the same amount of money anyway.
Non public schools have been shown to do much better anyway, same with emergency response. The state is a monopoly and taxation is basically theft with threat of violence.

The State has plenty of money coming in thanks to the Auto Excise Tax, Lottery, DMV, Gas and Diesel Tax, Sales Tax, Meals Tax, Hunting/Fishing Permits, Gun Permits, Turnpike Tolls, Business Taxes (lots here which are passed on to you, the customer), Corporate Income Tax, Property Tax, etc etc.
Q 1 will cut the waste and slice off the government pork.

The "budget" is only the money the state government SAYS they take in and want to spend each year. It is not the total amount of money the state has. The State has (as of FY 2003) $10.06 Billion in SURPLUS. What about their investments too? Personal income taxes are unconstitutional and should be abolished. Without this tax, the state would still have PLENTY of money for all the programs people want. Stop playing chicken little and let the People vote Yes.
Were that only the case listing taxes doesn't mean that those take in enough money. Fact is the state is in trouble of running deficits which legally it cannot. As for the income tax being unconstitutional please refer yourself to the arguments in the 1840s when they were relevant
