Well, seeing as Natalia isn't actually the princess by birth, technically it's not incest. XD
Buuuut, Back in the old days, the aristocracy would marry within their family to keep the bloodline "pure". So, a marriage between cousins wouldn't raise any eyebrows in this scenario.
