Here is my 2nd Cooking Video, my Favorite Pumpkin Soup! Pumpkin is full of Vitamins A, C, and E. Vitamin C is wonderful because it helps you from catching a cold, and if you use collagen powder in your soup, Vitamin C will boost the effect of the collagen even more! Some popular Japanese collagen powder brands are "Nano Collagen" and "Meiji Amino Collagen Powder", which you can search for at Japanese Supermarkets or online. Collagen helps to make the skin on your face and body stronger and smoother, so if you feel like your skin isn't in as good condition, just by putting in a tiny amount of collagen into your daily morning coffee, juice, yogurt, or soup, it will help reproduce new, healthier skin over time! :) I hope you will enjoy this video, and have fun making it to keep you warm this winter season!

今日のレシピは、私が一番好きなかぼちゃスープです!とても美味しくて、健康的なスープです♪。是非、この冬はこのスープで暖まって下さい(^^)♪

  • I wonder if you could put the bag in the oven rather than the microwave?

  • @RockyBalboa211 I wouldn't recommend putting it in the oven because it may cook the outer part of the pumpkin, and absorb the water content. The reason why we're putting it in a bag to microwave is b/c we want to let it get steamy inside, making the pumpkin get soft faster. However, if you think you can cut without having to do so, you don't have to microwave it at all. Sometimes, they are extremely hard, so that is why I included that as a tip here. Hope this helps! :)

  • Yay! Arigatou gozaimasu!! I love anything that's got to do with kabocha! Will try this one out first thing tomorrow!

  • @AllThingsRosy Dou itashimashite! Kabocha is so healthy and yummy, right? :) If you love kabocha, you'll definitely love this soup.<3 Have fun making it!
