  • what settings does he use ?

  • L2 mode, "Crunch V-Amp" simulation, boost the mids with the post eq as well as the sim eq, don't use a lot of gain so you can clean up the amp by dropping down to about 6 on your guitar's volume control.

  • you know how he gets that sound, look at his pedal set up, i saw him over the weekend and he has a good hanful of pedals all going together

  • The amp used in Canada over the weekend was a Fender Twin. The clean channel was used. A Behringer UD100 Distortion pedal gave the basic crunch. (it was on at all times) The only other pedals used were a Modified Jm Dunlop Crybaby wah and a Behringer PB100 Preamp Booster for lead gain.

  • The amplifier used was a Behringer V-Ampire LX-112

  • veeeeeeeeeeeeeery good sound and tone.

  • Great job brother you inspire me! I looked up the LX112 amp cause i was thinking about buying one and found this. Jimi has always been my favorite and there are few people who can feel the blues like jimi did. I think I'll get that amp now... Thanx for the great vid

  • v ampppppppppp

  • I have the lx 210 i have had for 2 years and it still serves me well have all the sounds and effects desired and midi foot controlled.

  • Wow! I can't believe he is getting such great tone out of such a crappy amp. I'm impressed. His singing reminds me of John Mayer a little bit. great player. I like it!

  • I am looking to build my self a bass rig all rack mount stuff so I can close it and roll it away.I want to use a furman power first then my line 6 floor pod, then into a rack mixer, then into a rack amp like this one, then into a bass EQ,then into the speakers RIGHT,am I going the right way with this?

  • Love the music. The guitarist looks like he could play the song in his sleep. I have a V-ampire LX112 too - recently bought. Glad to see it being used on stage.

  • ooouuuuffff

    a frenchy.
