I wish I saw this before i made mine!
So simple
I had to re-subsitute everything to diet needs and yours was perfecr, suitable 4 veg and clear to follow.
I added veg oxo cube to water, is that ok? [for future refrence]

@AngelEyes7451 Usually the potato absorbs the salt while it cooks in the simmering soup.

There is oil bubbles at surface of soup, why is that?
And after the stock, i added cup of cream perfect but it was less in liquid for 4 so i thought as i have to simmer for a while i added water then i could clearly taste oxo cube, then added aliitle cream and lemon juice but taste still alittle off.
HELP

@AngelEyes7451 The oil bubbles at the top of your soup won't hurt a thing. Try putting a whole, raw, peeled potato in your soup. Usually that will absorb any extra salt or off flavour. Just let it sit in the soup for half hour.
