China is pulling out all stops as its capital takes to the world stage as host of the 2008 Olympic games. Since winning the bid seven years ago, Beijing has undergone a construction boom, making this Olympics the world's most expensive games ever, at a cost of $43 billion. This week on 101 East we ask, what does hosting the 2008 Olympics mean for China and its people?

  • Tibet is a country situated between China and India. The communist party doesn't want the world to know that.

Many people have been fooled by communist party propaganda and lies.

For a detailed analysis of why

Tibet did not become part of China during the Mongol Yuan Dynasty

    and

Relations Between The Dalai Lamas of Tibet and the Manchu Qing Dynasty do not show that Tibet was Part Of China

  • The communist party does anything to stay in power.

Falun Gong practitioners who have committed no crime are having their organs harvested as I write.

As of June 2010, 3383 FG practitioners were confirmed persecuted to death. Hundreds of thousands are still missing.

FREE China from the communist party

  • @socalmuscleboi168 I agree with you! "unit45x" are one of the cowards on here who spreads negativity and prejudice on issues which doesn't involve him. These are the ones who usually doesn't achieve much in life but detour them into a dead end. So just don't bother to give these ppl their need.. which is "attention". Cheers!

  • @unit45x You are just a fucking coward who can only bark on UTube but unlikely to voice your opinion within the Country or places where you find flaws of your interest. If yu feel there is a problem whether in N. Korea or China... then for heavens sake; go there and voice it out if you feel deem to be louder and helpful. Nonetheless, passing negativity here wouldn't help on anything issue but to satisfy your needs. However, it is still unsuccessful. You do have the rights but foolish to abuse it

  • @shyamranger Dumb and Foolish people never say they are foolish they think he is very intelligent which is applied to you.

  • @socalmuscleboi168 I would love to go to North Korea, aside from the lock up part. You are hateful and mean. I don't know why you are hateful to me. Why is that?

  • @unit45x Gawd now i really hope you will go to North Korea so they will lock you up and never you see another light of day again! Good bye!

  • And I will never stop either. You have no argument so far other than you are annoyed. Well get used to it, because it is coming on stronger and louder than ever from many sources. China will be held accountable for its abominable record of Human Rights atrocities and environmental degradation. I will go all over the world at my pleasure and say what ever I want to when ever I want to. I can, and I will!

  • @socalmuscleboi168 I like to go where ever I want to. That is the definition of FREEDOM. I can do what I want to, and go where I want to. China does not own the world, even in China they don't control me. I will criticize anything I want to. The world is very connected and China & America are close trading partners and if China does not want to be criticized from the outside, they should not have opened themselves up. That is not my problem! I will critique the Human Rights record of China.

  • @unit45x Then DON'T GO TO CHINA!!! Why do people like you have to go to another country and whine and complain about their problems?!
