This song is fucking AWESOME! I think that the lyrics tells us of a nun getting raped and then of her abortion.

@MusicalParanoia The song is not about rape actually. Though, if you take that line out of context I can see why you would think that.
I believe the song is really about a nun who has sex and looses her virginity. Which she becomes pregnant from so she has an abortion to try and hide the fact she had sex. But then she feels guilty about the abortion and starts to think she kills another child every month she has her period.
