Dennis, Steve and Mike from SIMRAD fishing electronics jumps on board with Cpt. Mike Smedley to try out some ACCURATE reels. All three anglers caught their biggest Stripers EVER! One 35 pounder, and a PAIR of 50's! They looked at the small reels, and thought we were targeting small fish. They learned what thousands of fisherman have been discovering. ACCURATE reels are extremely efficient. Their patented "twin-drag" system makes the reel "twice" as powerfull as any reel "twice" the size. All made from solid billet stock alluminum, and bearings that are used in space! These reels barely weigh a pound! "Ground from SOLID STOCK", nothing forged, or cast! No seams or joints to fail or flex. www.accuratefishing.com

  • hi im 14 i live in chesepeake beach maryland and me and my dad fish on the bay alot usually down by the power plant or solomons and i caught a 55 lb striper this spring were using penn 30's we have 8 of them and were using the accurate boss boat series rod with a 40lb test and we love our setup please comment back and give me other good setups for accurate products

  • Wow! What a great accomplishment at age 14! Please email me tmsmedley@hotmail.com

  • Sounds like you have a pretty great Dad. The new Accurate products are just incredible. I strictly use accb7020c 7ft. Xtreme Rods, they are super light and thin. They are great for live bait or trolling. They are as thin as my pinky just above the foregrip, yet are rated for 50lb braid!

  • As for reels, I use the 500 BX (N)arrows, and the 400 BX single speeds. Then of course, the 400 BX-2- speed reels are the cream of the crop. I'm limited on space here, but feel free to email me @ tmsmedley@hotmail.com - Thanks Buddy! Stay safe on the water, and leave a few for me.-Mike Smedley
