Nothing much to report. I'm riding Jimbo again on his good days - which are getting less frequent the colder it gets! As you can see he's more than happy though and shows this by acting like a 4 year old! He would just like to express that post men ARE in fact horse eating people and very scary!!

Berry has gone right back to basics. As you can see in the video she started bolting under saddle and then when leading her she would run you over and bolt. Clearly her problems ran way deeper and wee much worst than we first thought. So with the help of Emma, my amazing instructor, we're taking her right back and have starting from complete basics which is leading. Just around the yard for now. It's slow progress but it is progress.

Won't be as many videos for a while because of Jimbo having winter off with his arthritis and Berry being re-started it won't be too interesting over here for a while. I might have a few exciting surprises up my sleeve though ;) Which will keep you a little bit more entertained.

Hi Stephii, glad to see you can ride Jimbo again :)

I know you've probably done all of the obvious checks, so i won't bother suggesting them, but the pony i used to share used to bolt like Berry when he was in pain, which turned out to be a kidney infection or something along those lines? Hope she goes back to her usual self :)

@horsecrazy227 Thanks. Yea done all the checks, some more than once! Nothing showing up. She started doing it around the time of her seasons so the vet recommended some oestraban and magnesium feed to help her with all her horemones which has helped a bit but she's doing it all completely out of fear. Something has got screwed up in her head. We made big progress today though so everyday she's improving and getting over whatever it was that scared her. poor pony xx

Glad things are pretty good with you, Jimbo is looking lovely, and glad Berry has someone as understanding and willing as you to look after and help her. Have followed you from the start and you've really had every possible thing thrown at you, you should be so proud you've come out on the other side :) Keep us updated xx

@Jimbobaloopa That's some good news :) The trouble is, we never know what happens to our horses when we arn't with them, and it can take the smallest thing to frighten the poor things :( She is so beautiful though, and has an amazing flashy trot!! :D

Glad to hear the Jimbo is under saddle again on his good days, really pleased for you guys after everything you've been through with him, I'm sure Berry will come around - by taking her back to basics it really shows what a mature attitude you have, i'm sure you'll get back what you put in! xxx
