Whitman violated the law and should be punished, forced to pay severance. Whitman should be charged with a crime. The young lady should be deported, and La Raza should take up a collection so she doesn't go home broke. That's justice applied evenly on the square. I'm a lawyer of 23 years experience. I like to think I've done some good things in my career.

But Allred's an ambulance-chasing embarrassment to my profession. Amber Fry didn't need a lawyer in Scott Peterson's trial. And if there were potential 5th Amendment issues for her, Allred was the wrong call. She doesn't try cases or know criminal law.

Now this latest stupid stunt. She's put her client in all kinds of legal jeopardy. But when you're in love with a TV camera ...
