@CrappyTFhater No, see, they don't need a "feminine touch." They need someone who knows how to actually handle collectible plastic. I own literally hundreds of Transformers, a few of which are Animated. None of my Animated figures give me any trouble, because unlike you, I'm not a hamfisted manchild who has to exert the maximum amount of force on every joint. It's not that you need to be delicate--you just need to be SENSIBLE. Clearly, your daughter inherited that from her mother.

Thank you! I feel that way, too. Jose Francisco was playing with Leader Class Bulkhead and Dulce was playing various Decepticons of his last night.
Jose showed her how to pretend the iron ball kept shooting out of his hand (I'd shown him how to make-believe this; he'd seen Voyager Bulkhead with the ball & string in Peaugh's review he was initially dismayed when Leader Class didn't have it).
Dulce finally had Action Battler Megatron close Bulkhead's hand and say "Stop doing that!" *chuckles*

TFA Prowl I can transform without losing his legs, I just do it carefully. The only figurine that seems prone to losing parts is my Optimus...but I think he was assembled weird to begin with. You made some really good points though in this vid. ESPECIALLY when it comes to kids. I'd hate to give a kid Unicron and have them break fifty bucks or one hundred bucks or whatever the very next day. :P

Heh, you know it's interesting you bring up TFA Prowl because I have noticed that my firstborn daughter can transform TFA figures without them coming apart (usually) better than I can.
She, correctly I think, noted that these figures needed the feminine touch and patience. Sadly, I don't think that was something Hasbro intentionally built in.

awesome. this is the single most helpful video review i've seen on youtube. you even managed to pronounce my last name correctly! that doesn't happen often for some reason. i'm glad you warned me about cyclonus, he was my favorite as a kid and i was thinking about giving him a shot. and i must say, those are some adorable children. thank you so much!

Thank you so much. Cyclonus is fun for Dad (he was a favored bad guy of mine as well) but he's simply not for children with his small extension hinges. And, as a toy, one has to put some serious faith in the energies Unicron bestowed upon him given his small stature.
Honestly, this my favorite video I've done. I can't think of another that stands out to me more, even though I did so much research for my Unicron videos.
