Physician, heal thyself isn't just the kind of pithy phrase that intellectual elitists use to start books. No, they're also premises for movies starring Kevin Spacey. Specifically, it's the premise for Shrink, due out in limited release July 24th.
When Spacey, a psychologist who finds himself suffering from self-described compassion fatigue syndrome, just can't seem to handle being a Hollywood psychologist any more, he steadfastly refuses to take his own advice on happiness and living your best life and instead starts smoking massive amounts of weed. HEY! HEY! Children! Stop fighting! We need to focus on the real issue here, Kevin Spacey is getting fucking BLAZeD out of his MIND and yet still manages to sound natural. This woman introducing the film on the other hand is completely sober and is having a VERY hard time being able to communicate. I say we start a charity donation to pay for her to go back to high school and finish her degree!
