to those who have completed P coy-

I know tab stands for tactical advance to battle, but what sort of speed is it, and is it a quick march or a mixture of running and marching?

@soldierside365 speed:as fast as possible generally tabbing uphill,run/tab on flat and run downhill. its the fastest most efficient way of moving quickly on foot with weight. obviously a long distance would consist of proportionatly more tabbing than if it were a shorter distance.

thats not true. marines ordered to stand down at government house. the paras never would? have you seen a bridge too far? youll find similar happened at the bridge ., but you know that , pointless comment. they are both elite fighting forces, but paras seem obsessed with being better than commandos. get over it. both are well trained well motivated troops. move on.
