Sorry to say this but, If you put &fmt=18 at the end of the youtube link then you'll be able to read the net_graph which clearly shows that he is sending packets to the listen server which on a demo is not possible.

wow you must be new, those are people who are just famous for their clan, there is many better players than walle, spawn, vilden etc.. go check evolution-x1- or other not so famous players
