Jane-Finch.com director Paul Nguyen and Vietnamese-Canadian rapper Chuckie Akenz made history when they shot the Vietnamese rap music video called "You Got Beef". Over a period of two days from Sunday, May 23 to May 24, 2005, "You Got Beef" was the third collaborative effort between Paul Nguyen and Chuckie Akenz and became their biggest hit video to date. The video debuted on Jane-Finch.com and traffic surged overnight. "You Got Beef" is now firmly cemented in urban Asian pop-culture and heralded Chuckie Akenz as Vietnamese rap's newest anti-hero.
Trivia: "You Got Beef" was featured in the 2005 Vietnamese International Film Festival and has appeared in local and national news headlines across Canada.

I'm like half Vietnamese, half Australian with a little bit of lebonese and irish. i seriously hate Vietnamese music, because its so sad and boring and slow. my mum watches Paris By Night all the time. it gives me a headache! Glad i found a more upbeat modern side of Viet music!
Hope that in the future, they will make Viet Pop (V-pop) as goos as K-pop or american songs!!!
