I completed some research before posting and just confirmed from another source that the Elizabeth Trump & Son company that he inherited was actually in the red when he took over in 1971, therefore he actually inherited debt not capitol or money.

Trump is nothing but a car salesman. He has just managed to create this image that people are buying into. No investments are foolproof. Just because Trump aledgedly is a billionaire does not make your investments safe with his projects. Wake up! and do your homework before you complain.
