ill be completely honest with you dude. it sounds okay. There's a few things you need to fix. you jump tempo a bunch. especially in your strumming on the acoustic. its like a 30bpm difference at one point ,which is HUGE! The average person might not be able to tell or see it. But someone who knows music like another guitar player will notice it easily. Only thing i could say doing is having a tick track feed in your ears. so that you don't jump tempo. it would help a lot man.

Not going to lie, the vocals are decent. I have read a few of these comments, and I do not agree with them, though I think you MUST have an upgrade in recording equipment, there was a few parts where you peeked. Also I have noticed the odd suction type effect on the video, not sure if that was intended but it gets irritating. So as a summary to what I just said...New Equipment, and maybe practice vocals slightly more, then I personally would not be able to fault this :)
