  • @xDarkside101x Yea, none of the exercises I listed were powerlifting exercises, idiot. You've been talking about weightlifting. I regret to inform you that the exercises I've listed, except for Jammers, are all used to train Olympic weightlifters.

    You said, "if you're weightlifting, never use momentum." I said, "except lifts that require momentum." I think you meant "if you're bodybuilding, never use momentum," but there are even some hypertrophy applications to momentum-based exercises. Done.

  • @xDarkside101x Ok, you can stop now. Despite all the research you did on your own and everything, apparently you think that cleans, snatches, etc. are powerlifting.

    It's time for you to start doing more research. Google "powerlifting." Wikipedia has a nice little article on it. Start there.

  • @xDarkside101x Are you familiar with jammers? Power cleans? Hang cleans? Snatches? Jerks? All use momentum. Unless you have some dumbass, over-processed definition of "momentum."

  • @xDarkside101x Weightlifting isn't rocket science, kid. You move weight. Also, a person could very easily "look into it" and misunderstand the proper cues or have encountered a source that doesn't properly inform a person how to do an exercise. Cable crossovers are a bullshit exercise anyway. Nobody should give two shits about how cable crossovers are performed, let alone film a guy whose form he or she disagrees with like a fucking psychopath. Get some nuts and focus on your own damn workout.

  • @MEELATEHGRIL Umm buddy, you should never start weight lifting until you've looked into it and all the exercises with the proper way to do them. If you're just gonna go lift weights with no clue, fuck it, learn the hard way that you're doing it wrong. It's notta game where you can just go do it.
