Ningen Isu is a japanese doom metal band (also called "angura kei", because of their horrific imagery).
This one is taken from the "Kaijo Ninjuu Mensou" album, released in 2000.
The picture is the cover of the album.
Also, excuse me for the poor quality of this picture, but music is the only important thing in this video.
