  • man i had lost about u i had lost 37 pounds...and i wanted to lose an extra 26 to my IDEAL WEIGHT.... from my 37 pounds... i have gained over a year and a half like 16 pounds ( ugh) and now to reach my IDEAL WEIGHT i want to lose42 pounds. and if i could lose half of it in 21 days it would be splended!!!!!! but the CLOSER U ARE to your goal...the harder it is....ugh. wish me luck!

  • Hi nurleans27, Cindy has a few videos where she goes over some meal plans, just go through her vids and click to see the side panels and she has typed out the meal plans.

  • We have so much in common I am currently 226 and I would love to know, if you can give me an example of your 7 day food plan and total of calories that you eat per day. I am doing pretty good and very determined and when I seen your vid it made me ever more determined. thank u. Pls Help

  • you should try making some broth with chicken and veggies without the cubes... all that sodium will make you retain water after a while so you might actually be lighter than what you are weighing at. =)
