The National Initiative for Democracy is a proposed law developed by The Democracy Foundation, over the past decade, along with a plan to get it enacted by the people (not by the government) creating, for the first time, a government "by you, the people."

So laws will be passed nationally under this? I think it should be enacted through each state. The more localized the better. So if 51% of all Americans are for the death penalty than it is enacted? Sounds extreme, what about the other million people? Their voices aren't heard? Allow this within each state, nothing federal.

Just like the video says, albeit for corporate eminent domain, against the right of individual control of our minds and bodies with natural herbs, for protection of corporate political donations(plutocracy) as 1st Amend' free speech, the Stupreme Court could rule a law made by the majority unconstitutional if the many voted to take rights from a few. Now if the few with money take away all our rights that is another story. PL&H K
