RIP the amazing days of being a philly fan. I will never forget the excitement I got watching Donovan McNabb, Brian Westbrook, Brian Dawkins, Sheldon Brown, Lito Sheppard, and Chad Lewis. I'm still an Eagles fan, I love McCoy, Jackson, Weaver, Celek, and Maclin, and support them all fully. However, I grew up watching McNabb, Westbrook, Dawkins, Brown, Sheppard, and Lewis. The greatest days of Philadelphia, RIP.

all time CLASSIC brian westbrook never gave the eagles problems nor did he talk about contract issues. nfl players should probably evaluate brian westbrook because he demonstrated everything on the field but did not talk smack !!!!! LOVE U WESTY AND DAWKINS!!!!

I love Westbrook, but you never keep a 30 year old running back , especially one who is coming off several injury-plagued seasons including leg injuries and multiple concussions. All RB's peak by their mid 20's, and it's all downhill from there. That said, he was a great checkdown option out of the backfield and I'll miss him.

yea well you have to look at andy reids out look 2 concusions in one season really effects players they might not show it but even 5 years after a concusion it still effects you and if your getting tackled 20 times a game there is a high chance you can get hurt and dont get me wrong im pissed off to but you gotta look at the coaches outloos....
