pro boxer Marko Elgart works the double end bag. very fast hands for a 165 pounder; especially considering the bag is a tiny 5" pro size.

  • good.

  • what song is that in the background anyone know?

  • reminds me of roy on that baaaaggg

  • What I do is practice with out the gloves...or I use smaller gloves or only hand wraps. Your accuracy increases 10 fold, so that when you use your gloves (like this guy) you will make contact every single time

  • last ten secs of the vid was nice the rest was all showboating ie. little or no head movement and stayed out of range of the bag. the whole point of this bag is to hit it with combos and dodge it as it comes back. not hit it and look at it. good accuracy. though i feel HE could post a better vid easy.

  • thats great work

  • instead of straight big blows, go for combinations that end with a big blow.

like when they cover their head hit the body and end with your dominate hand hook to the head, most boxers usually see big blows and end up blocking.

  • its hard to say if you have fast hands, i used to have really fast hands and thats probably why i think your around average... but it also looks like you have heavy gloves on... regardless good coordination, keep up the hard work

  • I noticed this also, was getting ready to make a similiar comment until I read yours... A RJJ fan? DEFINATELY!

  • Great job - you have great coordination! I would definitely like to see how you do on the speedbag with all that timing and coordination! Can you make a video? Thanks! Showtime Johnny Pal
