I couldn't care less what Morrissey thinks of Mike Joyce, they will both be eternally adored by me.
I'd be very surprised to hear any real Smiths fan say otherwise.

@MrHumphreyDavy Then why play as The Smiths and not Morrissey and Marr? You're splitting hairs trying to apply percentages of, uh, greaterness, to each members talents. Rourke is a pretty legendary bassist within that community. If they wan't all the credit then it should be their own names in lights, not "The Smiths".
