What continues to surprise me is how just by his mannerisms and facial expressions (and with Mulder, that's a hearty "lack thereof") can convey that after six years he can walk onto the set and be Mulder again... if not for the fans, for the pay check... (But seriously we fans don't care either way!!!)

I agree actions for them truly spoke louder than words and I have to agree also that it was always like a fight in gaining his attention (at least until a certain point)in ways. I think they just rely too much on the unspoken and not enough of the spoken and that's why there are lingering doubts or hesitation on both parts throughout the years. Hope I make sense on this, limited character count,lol

I've always felt that as far as real romantic love Scully's feelings were more obvious. Not so much in what she says but how she behaves...

Wetwired, Closure, Demons, Milagro, everything involving Diana jumps to mind!

Being Scully I think she knew he really cared needed 'proof' it was more than plantonic before putting it out there. He never REALLY gave her that...

Look at Existence, she still wasn't sure she was more important to him than the x-files!

It´s incredible how David Duchovny is in a better shape now than years ago. I love this man. I love his charming personality and witty mind.
