  • I really hope you are not judging his teaching ability from a video that is less than 3 minutes long.

  • You can't say who hsa a better tone or not especially since there is a huge difference in reed making between USA and Europe. I for myself don't like his tone very much but again this is my own taste and I am used to a different tone here in Europe. Tessa played it too slow. The pice didn't swing enough. Also Mozart never used such a long staccato. The non-legato notes should always be a little shorter...between staccato and portato.

  • @rhapsodyno1 it's the first movement of the mozart oboe quartet.

  • What is that ? Both sound like an electronic alarm, and SLOW. Is this NewYork STYLE LOOOOOLLLLLLLL

  • bad mic or not, he STILL sounds amazing :-)!

  • I've heard that so much lately watching LSO and Sydney masterclass videos. What are they playing? haha

  • The sound quality in this video isn't good enough to making judgments about this tone versus that. I really can't hear what they sound like with that much distortion from the mic. Just sayin...

  • Nice playing from both of them, but for a Mozart piece, the staccato should have been much shorter, and both their postures look lazy...

  • @eet73 You clearly are not mature enough as a musician to understand that professional musicians should know how to play ALL styles of music.

  • @zran4oto and heinz holliger sounds like a mosquito

  • I wonder how well Mr. Wang can improvise?? Symphony musicians in America don't have nearly the credibility the jazz ones do.
