Krones fail to deliver quality machinery. They only focus on what they want and not what the customer needs. Over complication of intricate electronic systems ensures that the average programmer can do nothing to alter the machines performance. Everything comes at a price with Krones and they only consider how they can obtain future sales from what I can only describe as flawed machinery.
