The only people that are on the Gang injunction are "Documented Gang Members" and basically it is very tough to get on the list. It takes many different incidents and or situations to be put on the list. Only hard core gang bangers get put on the list. And then all it means is thay can not go hang out in a very small area of SF. The areas known gang turf. These people are idiots and are clueless!
