BBC UFO captured on Live TV

Hot on the heels of our reporting on museumoftheweird.com of a UFO trailing a British military plane comes this report from the BBC today. Apparently an unidentified flying object zoomed past a live webcam Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 9:05 am during the morning broadcast of Look North.

Any ideas what this is?

They are called "rods" its a optical illusion caused by a bug flying too close to the camera.
