I fully intended on putting this up straight after Christmas (hence the Christmas wear!) Really delicious pie, great for this time of year when it's cold outside and you can have good comfort food!

Ingredients;
Calorie Controlled Cooking Spray
2 Large Leeks, sliced
2 Large Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Plain Flour
150ml (5 fl oz) Dry White Wine
175ml (6 fl oz) Vegetable Stock
30g (1 1/4 oz) Low Fat Soft Cheese
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
400g (14 oz) Cooked Skinless Turkey Breast, cu into large bite size pieces
4 x 45g (1 1/2 oz) sheets filo pastry, defrosted if frozen
Salt & Freshly ground pepper
Filling foods; Leeks, Garlic Cloves & Skinless Turkey Breast

Looks very easy, I would have used a more shallow pirex pan though : )

Hey you got another Batman oven mitt! Never really mentioned that man! you have a really big kitchen! What do you do with all that room? Lots of counter space! That pie almost looks like a quiche or light souffle before you cut into it. Sounds crunchy to! I love leeks! The whole affair looks delicious Frannie!
