Speziell für die Anwendung von schnell aushärtenden Leimen ausgelegt (PU und EPI). Die Rotopress Anlage ist zur vollautomatischen Verpressung von Duo- Triobalken, Brettschichtholz, Blockhauselementen, Fensterkanteln, Schalungsträgern, Deckenelementen und Deckenbalken geeignet; für kurze offene Zeiten des Klebstoffes. Rotierende Presse mit 4 Pressfeldern 1 m oder 1,3 m hoch und bis zu 24 m lang.
Die schnelle Querbeschickung der Presse ermöglicht eine reduzierte Leimmenge und daraus resultiert eine kürzere Presszeit.

Specially designed for quick curing glues (PU or EPI) and flexible production. Fully automated loading and unloading of the press; short open time of the glue. For straight glulam beams and laminated timber the ROTOPRESS, rotating press (press star) with 4 press beds, 1 m or 1,3 m loading height and up to 24 m length, was developed.
Quicker loading of the press allows a reduction of the glue amount and as a result shorter pressing times.
