This BikeBandit.com How To Video overviews Dirt Bike Carburetor Jetting with Steve Matthes and was produced by Transworld Motocross.
Jetting a carb on a dirt bike can be daunting, but it nets some of the biggest performance gains of any upgrade. As we all know, the settings from the factory aren't quite 'optimal'. Luckily, fixing that is easily remedied with a Jet Kit and a bit of time in the garage. Jet kits for dirt bikes can be found on the BikeBandit.com website at http://www.bikebandit.com/jet-kits/cm/a676379
Jetting steps will vary bike to bike. Jetting instructions can be found within most dirt bike owner's manuals. Instructions are also included with jet kits. Float bowl gaskets on dirt bikes have a tendency to be a one use deal, so it's important to have a replacement ready if you remove the float bowl. Float bowl gaskets for dirt bikes can be found on our website under the OEM parts section at http://www.bikebandit.com/oem-parts
