These two OAPS, grey male and black female date back to at least summer 1999, maybe even 1998 or 1997. The grey male passed away in late 2010 and the female about a year earlier.

  • can u get netherland rabbits that arent dwarf rabbits?

  • Best to google that one, I am sure there is a lot of info out there on the web.

  • my netherland dwarf died on july 6, 2009. i cant seem to get over him. he was about a yr and 3 months old. he stil was very young and small.. imiss him soo much.. everytime i pass his cage i tear up.. i feel soo bad. i want him back!

he would always run to me when i call his name and do many circlings around my legs and would listen to me play guitar when i sing to him.

may he rest in peace. <33

  • I send my heartfelt condolances to you SexiKittie. My old timer is at least 10 years old and still hanging in having outlived spouse and sprogs. I'll be sad when he goes.

  • thanks you to but if there netherland dwarfs then they should have ALOT of energy

  • When I still had the two, they would chase each other around the run from time to time. Now he's about ten years old, on his own and he takes things at a leisurely pace.

My dwarf rabbit used to love it when I played guitar as well, his ears would perk up and he would watch me for hours, I miss him:(

  • @SexiKittie i'm so sorry! i know how you feel. losing someone your close to, when my bunny died i wasn't ready to let her go. i will never forget her! i always keep her close by thinking of her i just only wish she would come back to me.<3333 less than 3 forever

  • i have had many bunnies. the 1st one my uncle accidently let go. the 2nd and 3rd we got at the same time, but they fought alot. soon one killed the other. i cried non stop because at first i didn't know it was dead, i thought it was laying down. when i found out i cried and cried and will never forget her. may she rest in peace<333 the one that lived was smart and found her way out of her cage and now is somewhere hopefully safe. the 4th is still alive and lives with me, hopefully until she dies

  • netherland dwarfs live the longest compared to other breeds. my rabbit died age 13. the other was 9 but could have lived longer if it wasnt for his constant seizures from E. Cunuli.

  • Awww sorry about your bunny! He was so cute
