@Shiyoken The figure in the middle is Cthulhu.Nothing to do with reptilians, he's a Lovecraftian eldritch abomination, priest of the Old ones, and bringer of ecstatic madness. Not a friendly lad, if I may add.

I believe this image is very symbolic towards the Illuminated ones (Illuminati: Presidents, Bankers, Politicians, Royals, Elites, people in high power), with their satanic rituals, ceremonies, blood drinking, rape, sex, greed, power, fear etc...

The figure in the middle I think is definitively Reptilian 'royalty' called Pindar aka the Marquis de Libeaux or Lizard King. Look at the hands, feet, wings, face and body stature - All resembles a Reptilian type hominoid.
