Firstly, evidence of dinosaurs has been discovered through history. We only gained the technology to analyse these findings 150 years ago.

Secondly, I have found fossilised ammonites while on holiday at the beach. These, while not being "dinosaurs, lived at the same time.

Thirdly, no they don't. They are just bigger than us.

Lastly, your ideas go against science. Science has produced reasonable explanations of just about everything. Christianity has produced a massive old guy in the sky.
