Anita Sarawak (Singapore) - Sophisticated Lady

ANITA SARAWAK bringing her Las Vegas act to "Golden Reunion" Concert in Singapore on December 9, 1994. (Introduced by co-hosts Douglas Oliverio, Lauretta Alabons and Jessica Soo.)

Sporting a Cleopatra hairdo, "Asia's Miss Dynamite" started her set with her big 1976 hit, "Sophisticated Lady."

This Malay diva began her singing career in Singapore in the mid 60's, becoming an international recording artiste in the 70's, before she packed it all up and moved to Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, where she performed for 19 straight years.

Anita Sarawak is now back in Singapore and still active in the music scene today.
