@goodolguz Did your RDC make you do 4 count push ups and sit ups? Mine did.. was basically a push up or sit up divided into 4 sections 4 would be all the way down 3 would 3/4 of the way 2 was 1/2 4 was all the way up. my RDC would sit there and call out 4-2 4-2 4-3 4-3 4-2 for 5 minutes. I was in such good shape.

I actually like the exercise now because it's a beneficial workout, but the Navy never spun it like that because it was used as punishment.

We had to do this crap in Boot Camp (Navy).
Beyond boring.. it sucks, painfully.. at least at first. Get's your heart rate going real fast, and believe it or not helps with your push ups.
