These have been a staple in my diet for a few weeks now. These can really help a person stay raw!

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 cup Tamari (or 3/4c soy sauce)
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2-1 tsp curry
Blend! Massage into kale, and dehydrate :)

    a hour before I took my kale chips out of the dehydrator an eat a lot by the way. HHHMMM They are with koriander wich I totaly love

    I bet those kale stocks would also be good for steeping in making fresh vegetable stock too.
