I decided to upload a video about Sadxlvl, an awesome program created by MainMemory/SonicMike2. Right now, it can:
-Import custom models made by Dude's maxscript or MainMemory's [new] obj2nj.
-Import a vt [vertex tree].
-Change the position of a model, it's rotation and it's flags [hurt, water, visible etc.]. You can also change the position with the mouse.
-Change which pvr ID to use [which texture] and change some flags of it, for example make it sphere mapped.
-Change the start point of each character.
-It has SETedit build in, and you can see the actual 3d model of most of Emerald Coast and Speed Highway's objects, and of most "regular" objects [rings, springs, dashpads etc.].
-Edit autoloops.
-Edit P2 [tails racing] paths.
-Export the models you've selected in .obj.

In this video I've showed some functions of Sadxlvl. You really should try it out.

You'll need .NET Framework 2.5 or higher and maybe you'll need DirectX Runtime.

  • Hey, when I open this program, along with many other sadx programs, I immediately get a "SADXLVL.EXE has stopped working" error. no further info is given... help??? ^^'

  • @L33tTako I'm afraid I can't help you. I suggest asking MainMemory, the creator of this program.

Have you installed NET Framework 3.5 and DirectX runtime?

  • What File do I OPEN On the startup?

  • @Ultragameguider Sonic.exe

  • @L33tTako Oh, nevermind, haha, I guess DirectX didn't install correctly for some reason. Now it works! (^-^)b

  • @11Supersonic11 yes, I have both updated to the latest version, It seems to happen only with MainMemory's programs. Thank you for the reply, I'll see if he can help.

  • @SHADOWCLONE987654321 I don't know. I guess the best thing you can do is ask MainMemory/Sonicmike2, since I only made this video.

  • @11Supersonic11 one more thing since today all the sadxlvl's I have in my two PC's started to not respond, so they open up and they stay stuck! And my Windows closes the program How do I fix this?

  • @SHADOWCLONE987654321 I believe by right clicking and moving your mouse. Don't know it for sure though.

  • how do u rotate the camera?
