You can/could find this engine on the Previa and the Camry too (on the Avensis with a little bit of modifications like direct injection), so the engine existst, if you meant that Toyota Avensis was not sold with a 2.4 litre engine.

This is a 4 cylinder engine with 163 HP and an empty weight of 1420 kg combined with an Automatic transmission. Of course it's not a sportscar, but for daily use it's more than enough.

LOL im very careful eith my toyota,i was afraid the engine is going to break. But seeing its true powah,lol. i would try to drive against scoda altleast :D automatic btw:P lets see.

Of course, this acceleration is more than enough in today world. It's really surprising that Toyota made engine similar to american engines. It's good to cooperate with automatic gearbox, but I think opponents have better engines in this capacity. By the way, I still think Avensis is really great car. Greetings
