@lipeisland I saw some pretty scary things in my one month stay, a few really grim open pits of luminous colours (not here though). I'd personally ban all plastic from these island. No water bottles. They end up in the ocean and it's a tragedy.

Those trashes on the beach are come from another Islands. If you go there during Nov-Apr you will find the clean beach.

I'm surprise they allowed trash everywhere when these places are tourist attraction spots

I had a great time on Lipe and there was a lot to do like snorkeling, shopping and eating in good quality restaurants and bars. I found my resort on Koh Lipe on welovekohlipe . com, where you can also check out more information about Koh Lipe and the surrounding areas. I can really recommend Koh Lipe for a nice relaxing holiday in paradise!
