  • Did you completely stop using the Denman brush? Im convinced by your finger comb technique and I will try it out. But i'm not quite sure if all the shed hair will be removed by it. At the same time I have a feeling the Denman brush pulls out more than just shed hair.

  • @cherubina yup completely...understand that when i say fingercomb i DONT mean crook ur fingers like a comb and rake thru....i mean hold a small section (like for a twist) with one hand and separate strands from root to tip with the other (i use my finger and thumb). this way u wont miss a thing or pull hair out unnecessarily

I enjoy you videos. You give me hope and I know what to look forward to!

  • haha I love the 'double puff'. very cute/sporty.

  • You are my hair twin. My hair is the exact same texture all around as yours, with looser hair near the crown and kinkier hair in the back. It's just as thick too1 You have oficially converted me to finger combing.

  • you have beautiful hair. I love black hair textures. I've loved them since I was a very young girl. It's so interesting. No one's hair is exactly the same. It's like a finger print. I even like black hair when it's relaxed. It's just so full of character. All of our hair seems to have it's on attitude and flavor and distinct characteristics...no one head of hair is exactly like the next...even in the same families.

  • @cynthiarf I tried your method and it worked!! Thank you for extending such useful knowledge!

  • I love wearing my hair loose, however, I find that if I don't detangle it regularly becomes too frustrating for me. Each time I do this I come very close to chopping it all off even though my goal is to see how long I can grow it. My saving grace that has kept me from cutting my hair is that as my hair grows, I retry styles that may not have worked too well at other stages of growth. Now I'm wearing twists which look better than ever and even my twist outs look good now.

  • Nice vid, personality, and channel btw!! I didn't find you until after some other channels, probably b/c of ur hiatus. But ur definitely a trend setter! ;-)) Interesting formulation and similarities. I will try it but will use AO or Giovanni instead of the Africa's Best b/c I try to concentrate on natural products. Please keep the vids coming!

  • Your hair is so gorgeous! I
