haha, thanks :) i think it's mostly due to the fact that i'm not as poetic as most writers (which makes me sad) so i just write exactly what i'm feeling or thinking...maybe that makes it easier to relate to? also i think that heartache is one of the most universal emotions, so maybe that too...

i think we're kinda the same in that way.

my english teacher thinks my poems are too straightforward and they have to have more "flowery" metaphors, but it wouldn't be me to be "flowery", cos i'm pretty straightforward in the first place.
