When everyone has a special 'ID' card then the real controllers can create a staged act whereby fake 'ID' cards get "discovered". How do we know a person has the right ID for himself? Possibly by implanting the RFID chip in his arm with all this info (and more - so much more) on. The mark of the beast; and if this secret Government are not The Beast, i cannot think who is.
