A 16-year-old Penticton boy (Andrew McAdam) has died after being stabbed at a graduation party.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. Friday at a bush party up Carmi Avenue.
The family of Andrew McAdam tells CHBC News the teen was walking with his friends when another teen, who they knew, approached the group.
The family says Andrew's friend was stabbed first in the arm then Andrew himself was stabbed in the chest.
Andrew was a grade 11 student at Penticton Secondary School and would have turned 17 years old on Monday.

the guy who's suspect was a complete creep according to my brother that might not be accurate but i think it is he called my brother a pussy for not coming to school when he was in the hospital after he was in his truck crash my brother's best friend was fumed but yeah i never i knew andrew but he seemed cool and i would have liked to know him
