No he doesn't have to he already credited it to the description that the original was done by Paul Van Dyk as you can see right there video doesn't have to include the person that originally made the song.

what we must all understand is armin and paul are both soldiers for the same sound. how do you think armin got the original sequences to use? this is is a re"edit" not a layover, maybe armin thought a groovier high end and tighter bass made the track, in audio mastering the loudness of a sound in contrast to anothers is the key to musical heaven
