The Champion of Brighton & Hove Chess Club, Luke Rutherford, took on 16 opponents from the rest of the club simultaneously. His opponents were:

Luke beat all his opponents except the youngest, Felix, who won his game.

  • I don't know how tell you this nathansonic but you never made it to the dinghy, you drowned in the water ;-)

    for those of us who made it to the dinghy we didn't have an enjoyable ride and it ended in disaster!

  • Hi Duncan, all is well here, thank you. I have bought myself a gun in order to compete at the chess board on equal terms. Love the shark and lifeboat thing. I often take a peak at the club website. Sorry to hear about Neil - please let him know that prayers for his speedy recovery are coming from the other side of the planet.
